I am writing this to recommend Christine Trott and Think Real Estate for their exceptional management of our condominium complex at Honey Hill. Since taking over the responsibilities in April 2023, we have seen continuous documented improvements in both maintenance and overall administration of the complex. Their attention to detail and proactive communication have brought a new level of efficiency.

We had been looking at purchasing a property in Bermuda for over three years and used various Real Estate agents with no success. Although we had told the agents what we wanted in a property, we were shown lots of properties that did not fit our criteria. Michael DeSousa listened carefully to what we were looking for and showed us a couple of properties that fitted some of our criteria and very quickly was able to point us in the direction of one that we decided to buy.
